We are currently an in-network provider with Delta Dental Premier. 

We are happy to work with most other dental insurance plans as an out-of-network provider. As a courtesy to our patients, our office will submit insurance claims on your behalf for out-of-network plans.

At this time, we are not accepting new patients with plans under the Medical Assistance umbrella (including IMCare) as primary or secondary insurance.
